Heather Arauz

After spending most of her career as a Special Education teacher, Heather and her family moved to the Bethany Beach area in 2016.  Since moving to the area, Heather has worked at 1st Choice Properties providing support in many aspects of the rental department.

Heather currently oversees guest communications and rental property operations, and also manages owner relations. Heather is known for her attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach and traveling to new places.
